So, my old DJI Phantom ended up in the Lake just outside my property, but in preparation for a new season of Spring/Summer RC ADVENTURES coming up in 2015 – I need an arial camera to get some awesome shots. This is my very First Flight with my New DJI Phantom. I did go with a simple setup – DJI Phantom 2, with a Zenmuse H4-3D Gimbal hooked into my GoPro Hero 4 Silver edition.
The Traxxas Slash I am using in this video is the Slash Ultimate 4×4.. Which is VERY AWESOME.. but did not like the water I put into it. Currently, I am letting it dry out for days as it only lasted about 10 minutes for filming.. heh! Something got wet that shouldnt have.. but .. thats the NAME OF THE GAME! It is stock, and running a 3s 5000 mah battery.
Oh well, good to get some flying practice in!

Great back yard. Way to liive what you love. Did you film this recently? Im
in new england and we’re under four feet of snow.
Pretty dam cool Medic, especially since I have the same truck in my
garage…I put that thing through hell and all I have broke is one control
arm…I am 43 and have been driving hard since I was 6 years old…my first
car was the frog…then the black foot, which anyone who knows tamiya knows
is the same thing only with big tires…I would highly recommend the slash
4×4 to anyone who wants an awesome bashing truck…parts are readily
available and it is very fun and very,very,very,very quick
I was confused on what the tag was for. but then I got to thinking (I know,
im shocked too; this is a rarity for me) that the tag was for
differentiating what remote was for what as I am sure oyu have a lot of
them :P

That was great to see the layout of your land, tracks, dirt jump, water/mud
pit and all of it. Great footage and I noticed a few comments from people
asking about if you’d do something like this. That’s great your pleasing
your fans and take the time to reply when you can. I know how nice it feels
to connect with a YouTube creator and get a reply or shout out etc. It’s
really uplifting when that happens (really makes peoples happy) and what
separates the good from the bad in YouTube land. Keep it up medic and I
look forward to more footage like this and even that slash with paddle
tires. I bet it just rips through that terrain. Peace out
Great job as always bro. The only thing that bothers me about the phantom 2
sometimes is when you get a random motor and prop in the shot. It’s like
dammit! Lol. I like the inspire 1 because it eliminates that problem
completely.
