ANYONE except for the prison system itself. this should be obvious. the
term everybody wins does not exist in our society. good idea benzidrine,

This is why schools are shit. If education worked to develop students
individually rather than just aiming for high league table positions in
english maths and science, kids with other skills like this one might not
have ended up a criminal. And if your familys no good and didn’t teach you
how to act, then you’re basically fucked, because a lot of teachers won’t
know how to manage you, you get the label ‘BAD KID’ and then it’s basically
all over

@VitreousCut We have already been through the reform movement and all it
did was increase costs. It seemed to help for the first yr out but when you
get to 2,3,4 yrs out the numbers don’t change. What it comes down to is you
can’t force someone to change. Either they are going to take advantage of
education programs and break their patterns or they wont. If these guys
really wanted to improve themselves they would be in HS or college classes.

@sotovo Everybody knows that murder is wrong. If they broke the law with
murder and they are punished for it then they will not do it again. No
prisoner should have their own workshop and they should even provide head
phones and equipment to make the guitars. He is in there for a reason, not
to be kept busy.

tattoo equipment….i think prisons should have “tattoo shops” and provide
safe, sterile equipment to do tattooing.
