If you are running the beastx, you need to reverse the tail gyro sensor
direction. Even if it looks correct to you try switching it. This happened
to me on my trex 550. Everything looked right, I switched it just to see
and it fixed everything.

Tech Whiz Tips, Tricks, and Reviews says:

I have a Hero H911 4CH heli and it will randomly spin counter clockwise if
I turn left during flight. Emphasis on the random because it only happens
sometimes. The red wire to the tail motor seems to be cut a little, but
that would mean the back propeller wouldn’t spin at all. I really don’t
understand the problem and don’t wanna pay to get it fixed. Any suggestions?
