This model was scratch built based on plans. 5 years to make, over 2 meters long, runs on 2 powerful electric 12 volt motors and 2 car batteries.
Because of the size she is very sensitive to wind. She leans over in sharp turns, but due to carefull balancing, with stronger winds and 100% throttle hard turns she will not tip over.
Made in Belgium
Navigating is not boring at all, it is a lot of fun actually. I can run
this model for 5 or 6 hours with one charge of battery.
Not sure what is meant with where I got this. It is completely hand made,
besides the electronics nothing is to be found in stores at all.
I love this, thanks for showing it. I love models. I even have plans to
make a RC model of Poseidon (newest movie). But that won’t get done for a
few more years…
This model is outstanding, very detailed well done
Just keep Greek crews off of it and I’m sure you’ll never wreck it. LMFAO.
Great model.
Very impressive!
RC boat / cruise ship voyager of the seas
The boat sways a lot I think adding weight to to the bottom of the hull
might might help stability.
How do you make your lifeboats? are the laser printed or all hand made?
Very very beautiful … I built cruise ships models too….
I would pay you to make one for me. Except I would want a Disney Cruise.
Lol
molto bello a livello di dettaglio e finitura anzi stupendo l unico appunto
è un po troppo instabile..
That is pretty cool. I could see navigating it getting boring pretty quick
though.
Sweet! Just don’t get into sight of a war ship lol
what is its top speed?
Very nice model! would love to see pics of her construction ! Great job !
I don’t suppose the ship is for sale? Figure I would ask at lease.
