a tether car. The world record for a tether is 214.8. so, it is in the
realm of possibility for this to be a genuine run. However, your title of
the video is misleading. I hate when I log on to watch a video and the
poster doesn’t label it correctly.
No that is a track in upper state Ny. There is tons of clubs that build
these cars and race them. Look it up in the ROAR listings for RC contests
a few are held every year on nation levels for these.
It’s absolutely true that that car goes that fast because if you watch the
flag blowing in the wind in the background, it does NOT, repeat NOT blow
any faster at all!!! And NO the video is NOT sped up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I sit on my bed and listen to a fly, very exciting and far cheaper.
This is a TETHER CAR not a R/C car.
Its like a control line airplane but uses a single cable to anchor it to
the pivot poll on which it rotates.
