Video footage from the worlds fastest touring car race for radio controlled electric touring cars. Filmed during the European Touring Series (ETS) race at the Heemstede track in the Netherlands 21-23 May 2010. Highest top speed measured was 115 km/h by Atsushi Hara with his GM powered HB TCX.
115kph = 70mph
cool
Rapid
Where i can find this Track?
machines!
I like the part where the car moved fast
In the morning practice sessions at 09.00 yes, but in the main finals
deciding the winner of the race the grandstands were full 🙂 Mainly
mechanics and othere people at the race but still better than formula 1 at
least. The F1 races in asia only have 40-60% filled grandstands.
It is in Heemstede in The Netherlands 20 km outside Amsterdam. Adress
Cruquiusweg 45, 2102 LS Heemstede. machheemstede.nl It is a great track.
It’s funny how quick they are, formula 1’s aren’t far off in handling in up
scale but when u upscale the physics is always different, can’t ever
imagine normal racing cars handle this fast lol!
6 people in the stands.
@scott231us It is rubber tyres. Some examples of the cars used are Tamiya
TRF 417, HB TCX, Yokomo BD5, Xray T3 with a 4.5 R brushless motor and 7.4
volt 5800mah LIPO batteries.
I liked the part when there was actually people watching this
They sound like little flys
@GMSamuelRhine The cars are handling really well and the radio systems are
also extremely good now. After a bit of practicing you feel you are in
control.
dang i want 1
Damn thats fast
This is real….
Hi, I”m looking for a fast touring car like these.. What cars are being
